The question I was sent for this month is “How do I stay on track with my goals?  We’ve all been there… We get all excited about reaching a goal.  We make plans, read books, take some actions steps and then somehow we lose momentum and other things take priority.  The audio today is part 1 of my answer to this question.  The step I talk about is an often skipped and hugely important one.  It can make or break your success.
